Fast Speed yet Smart Body

When 450XM fastest develop time is at 20 sec (whole processing time 90 sec), it is able to process 180 pieces of 14×17inch film, and 240 pieces of 10×12inch film (theoretical volume). It fully meets the requirement of any hospital on processing speed.

Complete Auto Control Processing Program

450XM is an advanced complete automatic processing device, controlled by a micro computer. It is able to auto control on chemical’s temperature, replenish, circulation and dryer and you can modify processing program data. Multiple detection systems inside the machine automatically control solution level-low, over-temperature, wash water’s level, status of processing film or no film, with also alarm and display functions provided.

High Processing Quality

For the design of chemical circulation mode and circulation volume, we fully consider the high effectiveness of chemical circulation, with special anti-oxidation cover of chemical configured. And we also integrate precise replenish system of auto detecting processing area and hi-precision roller transport system for film. Thus working performance and processing quality of whole machine get an advanced and excellent level.

Film Output Selectable

Two modes are designed for 450XM’s film output way, they are:
(1) Front film output mode: in this mode the entire machine is placed in dark room for processing operation. Film will be out on the top of machine after processing.
(2) Rear film output mode: what you do is only to adjust a group of guide in dryer exit to the status of rear-film-output, and make an 8×48cm hole in the dark room and separation wall, mount the film collector below the hole. Film output is collected in light room.

Easy Maintenance

Easy maintenance is considered during 450XM’s design. Besides features of small machine body, light weight, easy to move, the machine’s racks from develop to dryer can be all easily released out and washed by water for maintenance. Electrical control part is enclosed and mounted below entrance feeding box. By opening external cover of this E-box, you may do the maintenance easily on every electronic component inside.

Hi-efficient Dryer

450XM’s high processing speed is thanks to hot-air duct-mode dryer system of hi-efficiency and squeeze roller of hi-performance in dryer’s inlet. This guarantees the high performance of dyer required by mass processing of film in a high-temperature environment.

Advanced and Reliable Roller Transport System

450XM rack design applies advanced roller film-transport technology and Huqiu brand-new hi-precision roller manufacture technique. This assures the reliability and hi-quality requirement during film processing.
